Builders Boardroom Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Builders Boardroom Mastermind Community (“Builders Boardroom”), operated by Aetlas Business Coaching. By joining or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility

Builders Boardroom is for contractors committed to growing their businesses and contributing to a collaborative community. Members must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) and operate a business in the construction industry.

2. Membership Commitment

Members agree to actively participate in weekly video meetings, workshops, and events, provide mentorship to peers, and engage with integrity to foster mutual growth. Failure to meet these commitments may result in membership termination.

3. Membership Fees

The first-year membership fee is $6,000, payable upon joining. After the first year, fees adjust based on your business revenue growth: < 10% growth ($5,000), 10%–25% ($6,000), 25%–50% ($7,500), > 50% ($9,000). Late payments incur a 5% monthly penalty, and non-payment for 60 days may lead to termination.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

We guarantee your business will reach $1,000,000 in annual revenues (gross revenues, not profits) within 12 months of joining, provided you fully participate in all required activities (e.g., meetings, workshops, mentorship). If this goal is not met, you may request a full refund of the first-year fee ($6,000) within 30 days of your 12-month anniversary, subject to verification with financial documentation. Refunds are processed within 60 days of approval. Beyond this guarantee, the first-year fee is non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

Members must maintain a professional environment by:

• Refraining from obscene, vulgar, or offensive language.
• Not engaging in unlawful or objectionable behavior (e.g., harassment, defamation).
• Not impersonating others or violating intellectual property rights.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. Confidentiality

Members must keep all shared business information, strategies, and discussions confidential, using them solely for mutual growth within the community.

7. Results Disclaimer

Except for the Money-Back Guarantee, Builders Boardroom does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors. Testimonials reflect unique experiences, not typical results.

8. Release of Liability

By joining Builders Boardroom, Members release Juan Olmedo, Aetlas Group LLC, Aetlas Business Coaching, Contractors Business Academy, Builders Boardroom, and any associated or related companies, organizations, and individuals from all personal and business liability. Builders Boardroom is not responsible for Members’ lack of commitment, poor business or personal decisions, personal problems, business lawsuits, divorces, or any claims against their business or person, including but not limited to financial losses, legal disputes, or personal hardships arising from participation in the community.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time, effective upon posting on our website. Members are responsible for reviewing updates, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

Members may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate memberships for non-payment, failure to meet commitments, or detrimental behavior, with no refund issued outside the Money-Back Guarantee.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, on an individual basis (no class actions), in Corona, CA. Claims must be brought within one year, or they are waived.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes not resolved through arbitration will be handled in courts in Corona, CA.
